(60 minutes)

At your fist consultation, we will discuss your personal goals. We will also take a look at your current health and your medical history to find out if you have any allergies or sensitivities. We also want to find out what types of food you like and what foods you simply don’t prefer. Then we will compile a full body composition analysis and refer you to get blood tests for screening purposes.

Step 2


(60 minutes)

At your second session you will receive your personalised plan. We will discuss your unique nutrition program based on your blood analysis results with you and address any concerns you may have before starting.

Step 3


(30 minutes)

During the next five consultations we will continue to encourage you in your efforts to change your lifestyle and to create healthier habits. We are also available to educate you about the effects that your nutrition plan has your body. We consider these consultations to be essential for reaching success with the Metabolic Balance plan, and we will keep you motivated to stay on the road to good health.
