Ingredients
- Serves 6
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 1/2 tablespoons packed coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons water
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of sea salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180° C
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the pecans. Add the pecans and coat them well
- Spread the pecans on the baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to prevent large pieces from fusing together, until well roasted.
- Let it cool at room temperature
